Host ka.odin.com rejects connections on port 5224:

[root@cp ~]# telnet ka.odin.com 5224
Trying 195.214.233.80...
telnet: connect to address 195.214.233.80: No route to host

Resolution

Make sure that hostname ka.odin.com resolves properly from the CP server:

# host ka.odin.com
ka.odin.com has address 195.214.233.80

If IP address is different from 195.214.233.80 :

  1. Put the following line into file /etc/hosts on CP server:

    195.214.233.80 ka.odin.com
  2. Configure server to use reliable DNS server as default resolver. For example, by adding the following line to the top of file /etc/resolv.conf :

    nameserver 8.8.8.8
