Incorrect redirection to 11444/relay

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 11.5 for Windows

Symptoms

After upgrading to Plesk version 10.2, there is redirection to https://my-correct-domain-name:11444/relay page; however, this port is not listening on the server.

Resolution

After upgrade to Plesk 10.2, port 11444 should not be used anymore. SSO has been completely moved to port 8443.

  1. In the file /etc/sso/sso_config.ini , check if the variable relay_port has a correct value of 8443. Change it if it is not.

  2. Set SSO properties manually:

    # /usr/local/psa/bin/sso -s -server https://<your-domain-name>:8443 -url https://<your-domain-name>:8443
    # /usr/local/psa/bin/sso -e
  3. Also, make sure that the correct port (8443) is defined in the psa database:

  4. Open the Plesk database:

        # MYSQL_PWD=`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` mysql -u admin psa
  5. Check the tables misc and SSOBranding :

        mysql> select * from misc where param in ('sso_relay', 'sso_server', 'sso_server_user_url');
    mysql> select * from SSOBranding;`

If there is an incorrect port somewhere, fix it:

    mysql> update misc set val = 'https://<your-domain-name>:8443' where param in ('sso_relay', 'sso_server', 'sso_server_user_url');
