Unable to view any domain information in Plesk Error: Unable to find subscription with id

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 10.x for Linux
  • Plesk 11.x for Linux
  • Plesk 12.0 for Linux
  • Plesk 12.5 for Windows

Symptoms

  1. Log in to Plesk 11.5 as "admin" user, click on "Domains" on left, then click on domain name or "Open in Control Panel. The error in Plesk web interface:

    Error: Unable to find subscription with id '1'
  2. Go to Plesk -> Subscriptions the list is empty

  3. Plesk debug log contains the following errors:

Cause

DB inconsistency.

mysql> select * from Subscriptions;

Resolution

Set webspace_id=0 for the domain with id mentioned in the error 'Unable to find subscription with id'

plesk db

mysql>  update domains set webspace_id=0 where id=1;
