For Plesk 12 and higher:

    /usr/share/pear
  2. Go to Domains > example.com > PHP settings

  3. Set the following value for include_path (use path from step 1):

    .:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php
  4. Set the following value for open_basedir (use path from step 1):

    /var/www/vhosts/example.com/:/tmp/:/usr/share/php/:/usr/share/pear:/var/lib/php5

For Plesk 11.5 and below:

  1. Go to Domains > example.com > PHP settings

  2. Add the following directives to Additional configuration directives field:

    include_path = ".:/usr/share/php"
    open_basedir = "/var/www/vhosts/example.com/:/tmp/:/usr/share/php/:/var/lib/php5"
