Cause

This is an internal issue with ID #PPPM-4512 , which will be fixed in future release of Traffic Monitor.

Resolution

  1. Rename the following directories to make Plesk accessible:
    For Ubuntu/Debian servers:
    # mv /opt/psa/admin/plib/modules/traffic-monitor /opt/psa/admin/plib/modules/traffic-monitor_backup
    # mv /opt/psa/admin/bin/modules/traffic-monitor /opt/psa/admin/bin/modules/traffic-monitor_backup

    For RedHat/CentOS server:
    # mv /usr/local/psa/var/modules/traffic-monitor /usr/local/psa/var/modules/traffic-monitor_backup
    # mv /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/traffic-monitor /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/traffic-monitor_backup
    # mv /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/modules/traffic-monitor /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/modules/traffic-monitor_backup
    # mv /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/modules/traffic-monitor usr/local/psa/admin/bin/modules/traffic-monitor_backup

  2. Go to Extensions > mark an empty line with 1.11 version, 1 release > click Remove . This will remove Traffic Monitor from the extensions list and from the database table Modules.
  3. Install updated Traffic Monitor through Extensions > Extensions Catalog

If the issue is still there install older version of extension as follows:

NOTE: The file is for x64 system only!

Click Add Extension and install fixed version of Traffic Monitor
