Symptoms

Unable to create subscription:

Error: hosting update is failed: Failed to copy files storage to destination path. stderr: filemng: Cannot open destination file '/var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/statistics/webstat/index.html.BkH3sR' System error 2: No such file or directory stdout: filemng: Cannot open destination file '/var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/statistics/webstat/index.html.BkH3sR' System error 2: No such file or directory

Cause

Default directory /var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs is missed.

Resolution

  1. Check what directories are missed:

    # rpm -Vf /var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs | grep ^missing
    missing /var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs
    missing /var/www/vhosts/default/httpsdocs
  2. Recreate default directory from the plesk-core package:

       # mkdir plesk-core
    # cd plesk-core

    Download plesk-core-xxxx-OS.buildxxxx.xx.xxxx.rpm from base folder at http://autoinstall.plesk.com .

  3. Extract files and move needed folders:

    # rpm2cpio plesk-core-12.0.18-cos6.build1200140606.15.x86_64.rpm | cpio -id
    # cp -r /root/plesk-core/var/www/vhosts/default /var/www/vhosts/
