When trying to update the Plesk license key via web interface, the following error is shown:
CONFIG_TEXT: *Unable to connect to license server https://ka.plesk.com:5224/xmlrpc.
cURL error description: Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)(77)*
The following error is displayed in
CONFIG_TEXT: ERR  Token validation failed: Can not connect to 'ka.plesk.com' (77:6). Please check connection to 'ka.plesk.com' or contact Plesk support: <a href='https://www.plesk.com/support/' target='_blank'>https://www.plesk.com/support/</a>.; ; KV network error (ka.plesk.com: cURL cannot communicate with license server https://ka.plesk.com/jsonrest/pkp/20/verify-key (22.214.171.124): Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)(77) cURL cannot communicate with license server https://ka.plesk.com/jsonrest/pkp/20/verify-key (): Couldn't resolve host name(6) found in panel.log file.
nss-softokn-freebl updates for CentOS 6/CentOS 7/RedHat EL6 are installed on Plesk server.
Note: if you don't have root access to Plesk via SSH, contact your hosting provider regarding the issue
Connect to the server via SSH and restart sw-engine:
# service sw-engine restart
