Login to Plesk is a white screen

Symptoms

After User login to Plesk it shows a white screen. The following error can be found in %plesk_dir%admin\\logs\\php_error.log :

    ERR (3) [panel]: PleskPermissionDeniedException: The subscription is temporarily suspended until the backup or restore process is complete. Please come back later.
file: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/User/Client.php
line: 129
code: 0

Cause

Due to database inconsistency, the domain is suspended or disabled, though it can be shown as enabled in Plesk administration panel.

Resolution

Check and fix the domain status in Plesk database with following steps:

  1. Log into Plesk as Administrator
  2. Find out client's ID: go to Hosting Services > Customers , place mouse pointer on the affected customer to see the URL with customer's ID

  3. Use the customer's ID to select the customer's domains to find domains with non-zero status. Here is the example for id = 6:

    mysql> select id,name,parentDomainId,webspace_id,status from domains where cl_id=6;
    +------+-------------------------+----------------+-------------+--------+
    | id | name | parentDomainId | webspace_id | status |
    +------+-------------------------+----------------+-------------+--------+
    | 44 | domain.tld | 0 | 5 | 2 |

    But at the same time domain service are active:

        mysql> select * from domainservices where dom_id=44;
    +-----+--------+------+--------+---------------+----------------+
    | id | dom_id | type | status | parameters_id | ipCollectionId |
    +-----+--------+------+--------+---------------+----------------+
    | 48 | 44 | mail | 0 | 248 | 840 |
    | 412 | 44 | web | 0 | 0 | 22 |
    +-----+--------+------+--------+---------------+----------------+
    2 rows in set (0.00 sec)

For additional information regarding domain status you can check this article.

  1. Activate domain, set the domain status to zero:
    mysql> update domains set status=0 where id=44;
    Query OK, 1 row affected (0.01 sec)
    Rows matched: 1 Changed: 1 Warnings: 0
