500 Internal Server Error appears when loading a website or web-mail in an Internet-browser.
following messages appear:
CONFIG_TEXT: [error] (12)Cannot allocate memory: mod_fcgid: can't run /var/www/cgi-bin/cgi_wrapper/cgi_wrapper
[warn] (12)Cannot allocate memory: mod_fcgid: spawn process /var/www/cgi-bin/cgi_wrapper/cgi_wrapper error
'cgi_wrapper' file is corrupted (wrong size):
# ls -l /var/www/cgi-bin/cgi_wrapper/cgi_wrapper
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 3.0K Feb 12 16:54 /var/www/cgi-bin/cgi_wrapper/cgi_wrapper
If upgrade is not possible, connect to the server via SSH and reinstall psa-php5-configurator package from Plesk repository:
# wget http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_11.5.30/dist-rpm-RedHat-el6-x86_64/opt/php5/psa-php5-configurator-1.6.3-rhel6.build115130724.18.x86_64.rpm
# rpm -Uvh --nodeps psa-php5-configurator-1.6.3-rhel6.build115130724.18.x86_64.rpm --force
# service httpd restart
Please be advised that in this particular example RedHat package is being reinstalled. In case of another operating system (CloudLinux for example) package should be taken from according repo.
