Health Monitor displays error instead of actual values

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 12.5 for Linux

Symptoms

Health Monitor displays something like this:

{"redirect":"\\/","status":"error","statusMessages":[]}

instead of actual resource values.

When running:

/usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/scripts/setup-health-monitor.php

the following message is displayed:

Element 'service', attribute 'maxvalue': '9.2233720368548E+18' is not a valid value of the atomic type 'xs:positiveInteger'.;

or

PHP Warning: DOMDocument::schemaValidateSource(): Element 'TotalUsage', attribute 'maxvalue': '9.2233720368548E+18' is not a valid value of the atomic type 'xs:positiveInteger'.; File: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Health/Config.php, Line: 147

Cause

Software issue PPPM-4433 that was fixed in Plesk Onyx.

System has too much RAM that Health Monitor cannot comprehend. Therefore, improper configuration file is being generated in /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/health-config.xml .

Resolution

Upgrade to the latest Plesk version .
