CGI/FastCGI have stopped working due to an incorrect permission on suexec set by AI version 3.10.x. A possible workaround is as follows:
# chmod 4510 /usr/sbin/suexec /usr/local/psa/suexec/psa-suexec
# chown root:apache /usr/sbin/suexec /usr/local/psa/suexec/psa-suexec
# chmod 4510 /usr/sbin/suexec2 /usr/local/psa/suexec/psa-suexec2
# chown root:www /usr/sbin/suexec2 /usr/local/psa/suexec/psa-suexec2
# chmod 4510 /usr/lib/apache2/suexec /usr/local/psa/suexec/psa-suexec
# chown root:www-data /usr/lib/apache2/suexec /usr/local/psa/suexec/psa-suexec
