Apache shows default page, after applying a microupdate.

Symptoms

After applying a microupdate to Plesk installation, Apache default page is displayed, instead of customer's website. The issue disappears after Apache restart.

In 'psa' database the following settings can be seen:

mysql> select * from psa.misc where param='restart_apache_interval';
+-------------------------+--------+
| param | val |
+-------------------------+--------+
| restart_apache_interval | 999999 |
+-------------------------+--------+
1 row in set (0.00 sec)

After changing Hosting Settings , the following information is displayed:

Information: The settings were successfully updated. website settings will be applied in 16666 minutes.

Cause

Very long Apache restart interval is set.

Resolution

Decrease Apache restart interval:

mysql> update psa.misc set val='<restart_interval_in_seconds>' where param='restart_apache_interval';
