Subscriptions and reseller account get suspended everyday

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 11.x for Linux
  • Plesk 12.5 for Windows

Symptoms

Subscriptions and reseller account get suspended every day.

There is Complete Switching to the new business model menu available in Tools and Settings .

Cause

Transition scheme to the new business model is not applied. There are some customers that were not switched to the new business model that belong to a reseller in question.

Resolution

  1. Backup psa database using instructions here:

  1. Apply the transition scheme:

go to Tools and Settings > Complete Switching to the new Panel business model

Subscriptions that belong to a reseller's customers will be assigned Custom state which means they have customized settings and they are not assigned to any service plan. It is required to sync reseller's account with the service plan or assign it to newly created service plan.
