Error when trying to change subscription password: Call to a member function get_sidebar_array on a non-object

  • Plesk 12.5 for Linux

Symptoms

When trying to change password in Home > Subscriptions > Users tab > %username% ,the following error is displayed:

Error: Non-zero exit status returned by script. Cause

Broken WordPress theme.

Resolution

  1. Take a backup of theme content in D\\Inetpub\\vhosts\\example.com\\httpdocs\\wp-content\ hemes\\%theme_name% (the actual path can vary on different installations).

  2. Change WordPress theme in the Dashboard and delete the one reported in the error message.
