Spam Filter is unable to detect spam

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 11.x for Windows
  • Plesk 12.0 for Windows

Symptoms

Spam Filter does not detect spam. Apply individual settings to spam filtering option is enabled in SpamAssassin settings.

Cause

MailEnable does not trigger user level spam filter when it is enabled in Plesk SpamAssassin settings

Resolution

Enable mailbox delivery event triggering in registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Wow6432Node\\Mail Enable\\Mail Enable\\Connectors\\SF
Process Mailbox Events=1
