User's php.ini files are not being updated: Disk quota exceeded

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 12.5 for Linux

Symptoms

User's php.ini files are not being updated. Update through command line utility fails with the error as below:

    # plesk bin php_settings -u
[2016-06-16 14:22:54] ERR [util_exec] proc_close() failed ['/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/vhostmng-structure'] with exit code [1]
Curl failed: Timeout was reached
Curl failed: Timeout was reached
hosting update is failed: vhostmng-structure failed: Cannot create directory /httpdocs: Disk quota exceeded
System error 122: Disk quota exceeded

exit status 1

Cause

Disk quota exceeded on one of the domains. Most likely disk quota set in Plesk does not match the one set up on system.

Resolution

  1. Enable debug mode according to KB #213408889
  2. Reproduce the issue and check panel.log to find addected subscription. There should be entries like as the following:

  3. Compare system settings and Plesk settings for example.com subscription according to KB#213376429 .

  4. Increase quota for subscription as below:
    /usr/local/psa/bin/subscription -u example.com -hard_quota <new_value>
