- Unable to change user's password with the following error:
PLESK_ERROR: Non-zero exit status returned by script
/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.logfile contains the error:
Unable to write file /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-config.php
Wordpress application was installed and the user was specified as a default login of it. Further Wordpress was deleted manually from httpdocs folder but exists in Plesk.
Note: if direct SSH access to the server is not possible, contact server administrator for further assistance.
Connect to the server via SSH;
# touch /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-config.php
# chown username:psacln /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-config.php
# chmod 600 /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-config.php
