My Linux server is showing this message:

Warning: You are currently operating within the grace period of your product license. To update your product license, select the Retrieve Keys option on the License Management page.

I ran Retrieve Keys and get this error:  License key is not prolongated yet

I checked my license and its active so I tried reinstalled the activation key which was successful but I keep getting the error.

I tried running key update from the cmd line and get same error.

Any thoughts on how I can fix this?

    Thx

    G

    Hello @Glenn,

Maybe there's an issue with the key of some extension connected to the main license.

This issue needs to be checked.

Please, submit a support request to us directly or to our partner in case the license was purchased from them.
