Error 404 is shown when logging into myLittleAdmin:
Server Error in '/' Application.
The resource cannot be found.
Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

MSSQL myLittleAdmin is not installed or not configured on the Plesk server.
Make sure that MSSQL Webadmin is installed and selected for managing MSSQL databases in Plesk: Tools & Settings > Server Components > Microsoft SQL myLittleAdmin .
Check that mssql.example.com resolves to the server's IP address:
> ping mssql.example.com
Pinging mssql.example.com [220.127.116.11] with 32 bytes of data
Make sure that the host mssql.example.com exists in IIS > Sites > myLittleAdmin (default) > Bindings .
Verify that the WebAdmin site is started in IIS > Sites > myLittleAdmin(default) .
Verify that a domain does not have
wwwprefix in its name.
Reconfigure myLittleAdmin in Plesk: go to Tools&Settings > Server Components > Microsoft SQL Webadmin , choose None > OK > Microsoft SQL Webadmin , then choose myLittleAdmin > OK .
The error may indicate that the web site myLittleAdmin (default) responsible for MSSQL myLittleAdmin is incorrectly configured in IIS. To fix the site, run the following command in the command prompt on the server:
Plesk 11.0 and older:
"%plesk_bin%\\defpackagemng.exe" --fix --type=sqladmin.mssql
