Symptoms

The following error is shown after login to Plesk:

    Internal error: Specified column "version" is not in the row
Message Specified column "version" is not in the row

Cause

Column 'version' is missing in smb_productUpgrades Plesk database table.

Resolution

  1. Check structure of smb_productUpgrades table. It should look as below:

    mysql> desc smb_productUpgrades;
    +-------------+--------------+------+-----+---------+----------------+
    | Field | Type | Null | Key | Default | Extra |
    +-------------+--------------+------+-----+---------+----------------+
    | id | int(11) | NO | PRI | NULL | auto_increment |
    | releaseId | varchar(255) | YES | | NULL | |
    | description | varchar(255) | YES | | NULL | |
    | shown | int(11) | YES | | 0 | |
    | version | varchar(255) | YES | | NULL | |

  2. If column 'version' is missing, it is necessary to create it.

    mysql> alter table smb_productUpgrades add `version` varchar(255) default NULL;
