Outgoing emails does not work. An email message can be sent from the client, but it can't reach destination address.
SmartHost Enabled checkbox is set in MailEnable > Servers > localhost > Services and Connectors > SMTP > Properties > SmartHost and have other IP address than server's one.
MailEnable MTA debug log file '
%plesk_dir%\\Mail Servers\\Mail Enable\\Logging\\MTA\\MTA-Activity-<date.time>.log
' contains the following:
CONFIG_TEXT: Message (832B193A49B34483905AA232E331640F.MAI) from (SMTP) could not be delivered as an infinite message loop was detected. (ERROR MTA-1010)
SmartHost Enabled and having IP address of the server itself.
Disable SmartHost Enabled option. Contact MailEnable support if required.
