Outgoing emails are not working. Email is sending from the client, but not reached destination address.

' contain the following:
08/18/16 11:39:06 Message (832B193A49B34483905AA232E331640F.MAI) from (SMTP) could not be delivered as an infinite message loop was detected. (ERROR MTA-1010)
SmartHost Enabled checkbox is set in MailEnable > Servers > localhost > Services and Connectors > SMTP > Properties > SmartHost and having IP address of the server itself.
