Upgrade is running too long. How to verify that upgrade from old Plesk version is not hung?
- Log in to Plesk server via RDP
- Download Process Explorer and Process Monitor to the server.
In Process Explorer, find some processes with name
msiexec.exeand their child processes. Determine PID of the last child process.
Use Process Monitor apply a filter which was determined in the previous step.
Click Ctrl+E to start capturing.
If any activity is found, the upgrade process is running.
