Beware: Plesk Migrator won't migrate (without notice): MySQL routines, events, triggers, user-specific permissions, event scheduler status.

When all the post checks are completed and the migrated domains’ data is synchronized with the source server, it is time to turn the services online on the destination server.

    Hello @Paykasa,

Could you, please, clarify the question?

The website does not work after migration? If yes, what error is displayed?

For the investigation consider contacting Technical Support.

    Hello there,

Thank you for your detailed instructions. I have a problem with Plesk migration. It's soooo slow... I wonder if you know that how it works. Does it copy files in a websites one by one or does it make a backup of the whole website and moves it at once to the destination server? If it's moving the web files one by one, isn't it a better idea to make a full backup of each website, then move it to the new server and restore it? Does it help to make the process much faster?

    Hello @Iman,

Generally, migration speed depends on many factors: amount of domains, amount of files, files size, network speed.

    > or does it make a backup

You are correct. Basically, Plesk Migrator creates a backup, transfers it, restores the backup.
