How to get a trial license for Plesk?
Note: Plesk Partners should contact account manager or submit a request for Plesk License support
For Plesk Onyx 17.8 (14-day full-featured trial license):
When Plesk Onyx 17.8 installation will be finished, log into Plesk using the link suggested by Plesk Installer. On the following screen, select "Proceed with a full-featured trial license":
Note: with this preferred option it is possible to submit a request to Plesk Technical Support.
For Plesk Onyx (Plesk 17.x):
Another way to get a trial license for Plesk Onyx (Plesk 17.x) is to go to the following URL and fill in the required fields:
Trial licenses provided on this page are valid for Plesk Onyx only (Plesk 17.x).
Warning: Plesk trial license can be requested only once. If trial license was already obtained, it will not be possible to request a new one with this notification: "It seems like you've already done a Plesk trial!". When the trial is over, buy a commercial license at https://www.plesk.com. Also, it is not possible to submit a request to Plesk Technical Support with this license.
For Plesk 12.5 or earlier:
To get a trial license for Plesk 12.5 or earlier, contact Licensing and Purchase support.
- Deploy the Plesk trial only on servers dedicated for this purpose. Plesk software is designed to take full control over the server it is allocated to and cannot be deleted without reformatting the server. Check software requirements for more details.
- Plesk trial licenses are fully functional. Plesk server data will remain intact after re-activating it with another Plesk license (paid one).
