Kaspersky antivirus is not scanning mail messages

Symptoms

  • Kaspersky antivirus is not scanning mail messages
  • Plesk Windows EventLog contains the following:

    Unspecified error (COM Error 80004005, Description: Unspecified error (Error code 2147500037) at kaveInitializeEx() failed. at (CKavScanner::getSDKInitializeResult line 265)) at Failed to check mail for viruses file_name = C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\QUEUES\SMTP\Inbound\Messages\3C7B67F7AEFD4E3B89D0F53E16CE6953.MAI, from = user1@domain.tld, to = user2@example.com at (scanmail line 208)Execute file name: D:\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\plesksrv.exe

Reinstall Kaspersky anti-virus by using plesk installer .
