    Hi @Nucleus Inc. NOC!

Plesk's Let's Encrypt extension logs its errors and actions into the Plesk's log file %plesk_dir%\admin\logs\php_error.log

    Hi,

we noticed the following on Plesk Onyx 17.5.3:

When we check the path mentioned in this article (%plesk_vhosts%Servers) by typing it on a Windows Explorer we are redirected to D:\CustomerData\Servers\1108\logs. In here, there's a FTPSVC1108 directory with logs.

However, if we check IIS (on the root level) for FTP logging, the directory mentioned is C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles and indeed we see this directory: C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\FTPSVC1206

Is this normal? Which is the valid/actual directory for our customers' FTP logs?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Indeed, it may happen so if you customise the location of virtual hosts (domains).

    > Which is the valid/actual directory for our customers' FTP logs?
You should rely on the setting in IIS.
