How to disable AppArmor?
AppArmor is a security tool that uses name-based mandatory access controls to restrict or confine the system access of “at risk” applications. AppArmor is not supported by Plesk 12.x. Sometimes AppArmor can interfere with Plesk installation or functionality.
Warning: Be aware that this article is not applicable for Plesk Onyx 17.x. AppArmor is supported since Plesk Onyx 17.0 and removal of AppArmor packages will break Plesk.
AppArmor can be disabled or removed as follows:
Using Plesk interface
Commands from video:
CONFIG_TEXT: service apparmor stop
service apparmor teardown
/usr/sbin/update-rc.d -f apparmor remove
PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games; dpkg -r apparmor libapparmor-perl libapparmor1
