Migration fails with the following error:

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)

A network-related issue with connection to a database server.
- Connect to the server via RDP.
Try to disable the firewall on a source server. This article posted by Microsoft can be used.
Make sure that connection to the database could be established from the target server. The connection can be tested using the following command on the target server:
C:\> "%plesk_bin%\mssqlmng.exe" --check "--server=203.0.113.2" "--login=user" "--password=password"
Note: in order to test a connection between a source and a target database server SQL Management Studio also can be used.
