- Plesk 12.5 for Linux
Migration of a subscription with subdomains that has a default server certificate is completed with the following error:
Failed to perform an action on subscription 'example.com': An error occurred, when restoring hosting settings: Execution of /opt/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/subdomain.php --create dev -domain example.com -do-not-apply-skeleton -www-root dev -syncSoa false -syncRecords false -ssl false -same_ssl true maintenance-mode false -certificate-ref 65564e62441ea366a155efa3c4fc18bc -ignore-nonexistent-options failed with return code 1.
An error occurred during domain creation: Unable to find certificate
- SSL support is set to OFF for the affected domain:
[root@server ~]# /opt/psa/bin/subscription -i example.com | grep -i SSL
Estensione SSL: Off
Estensione FrontPage su SSL: Off
Despite all errors above, subscription with its subdomains has been successfully migrated.
This is Plesk bug with ID #PMT-2823 which is planned to be fixed in future Plesk updates.
The error can be safely ignored as it does not affect migration process.
