Resolution

  1. Disable "Single Sign-On"

    • Linux:

      /usr/local/psa/bin/sso --disable
    • Windows:

      "%plesk_dir%"\\bin\\sso --disable
  2. Uninstall "Customer & Business Manager" and "Single Sign-On"

    • Linux (RPM):

      rpm -e sw-sso plesk-billing plesk-billing-plugins
    • Linux (DEB):

      dpkg -r sw-sso plesk-billing plesk-billing-plugins
    • Windows: Locate CBM, Parallels Billing Plugins and SSO in the Windows registry in key " HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Installer\\UserData\\S-1-5-18\\Products "Use the search tool.

      For example, CBM will be located under the “ F06B9B7F3BBD611469B7AB392E8733E1 ” key as a value of “DisplayName”. Go inside and copy the " InstallProperties\\ModifyPath " value. Paste this string into the command line.

      Repeat the same steps for Parallels Billing Plugins and the SSO service.

  3. Remove entries from Plesk database

    • Linux: Create a backup of the Plesk database before following the steps below. You can use the following command:

      MYSQL_PWD=`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` mysqldump -u admin psa > /root/psa.dump.sql

      Log into the psa database and delete the required records from the database using these SQL queries:

      • For Plesk 11.0.9 and older versions:

        mysql> begin;
        mysql> delete from cl_param where param='ppb-url';
        mysql> delete from smb_servicePermissions where serviceInstanceId = (select id from smb_serviceInstances where description like 'Parallels Billing Integration') and serviceProviderId = (select id from smb_serviceProviders where classname like 'Smb_Service_Provider_ParallelsBilling');
        mysql> commit;
      • For Plesk 11.5.30 and later versions:

        mysql> begin;
        mysql> delete from ServiceNodeConfiguration where section = 'Billing' and name = 'ppb-url';
        mysql> delete from smb_servicePermissions where serviceInstanceId = (select id from smb_serviceInstances where description like 'Parallels Billing Integration') and serviceProviderId = (select id from smb_serviceProviders where classname like 'Smb_Service_Provider_ParallelsBilling');
        mysql> commit;
    • Windows: Create a backup of the Plesk database before performing the steps below. Use the following command:

      mysqldump.exe -P8306 -uadmin -p<admin_password> psa > C:\\Temp\\psa.dump.sql

      Log into the psa database and delete the required records from the database by running these SQL queries:

      • For Plesk 11.0.9 and older versions:

        mysql> begin;
        mysql> delete from cl_param where param='ppb-url';
        mysql> delete from smb_servicePermissions where serviceInstanceId = (select id from smb_serviceInstances where description like 'Parallels Billing Integration') and serviceProviderId = (select id from smb_serviceProviders where classname like 'Smb_Service_Provider_ParallelsBilling');
        mysql> commit;
      • For Plesk 11.5.30 and later versions:

        mysql> begin;
        mysql> delete from ServiceNodeConfiguration where section = 'Billing' and name = 'ppb-url';
        mysql> delete from smb_servicePermissions where serviceInstanceId = (select id from smb_serviceInstances where description like 'Parallels Billing Integration') and serviceProviderId = (select id from smb_serviceProviders where classname like 'Smb_Service_Provider_ParallelsBilling');
        mysql> commit;
  4. Remove or rename the following files:

    • Linux:

      /var/lib/plesk-billing/local.db
      /var/lib/sso/sso.db
    • Windows:

      "%plesk_dir%\\admin\\db\\billing_local.db"
