The autoinstaller process is already running or hanging and the new autoinstaller process cannot re-open the port.
Autoinstaller is not terminated after closing the browser. It is still active and dies after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Find and kill the hanging process manually:
# ps auxxf | grep instal

# kill 32351
# kill `pidof autoinstaller`

Kill the autoinstaller processes from the command line using the following command:
# taskkill /IM parallels_installer* /F
