The following error is present in the /var/log/plesk/install/plesk_12.0.18_installation.log :

ERROR: It seems that there is group qmail
in your system. psa uses the same group
name but with another group ID (2520).
Unfortunately, this situation has not yet been
resolved.

Cause

Qmail service users and groups already exist.

Resolution

  1. Download the attached qmail_rename.zip script that renames all existing Qmail service groups and users.

    # wget --output-document=/root/qmail_rename.zip http://kb.plesk.com/Attachments/kcs-47201/qmail_rename.zip
  2. Unpack, make it executable and run:

    # cd /root
    # unzip ./qmail_rename.zip
    # chmod +x ./qmail_rename.sh
    # ./qmail_rename.sh
  3. Install Qmail using Plesk autoinstaller.
