Cause

Table dom_param for subdomain has a record about webmail, which should not be.

Resolution

Software issue #PPPM-2321. This issue was fixed in Plesk 12.0 #MU 34

Workaround:

  1. Make a Plesk Database backup

  2. Find domain <id>

     select * from domains where name ="subdomain name";
    1. Update dom_param table

      update dom_param set val = 'none' where dom_id = and param = 'webmail';

  3. Reconfigure domain

     /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-domain *.<subdomain name>
