The content of APS application was removed from the
/httpdocs folder of the domain.
Further, when removing the application in Plesk, it shows The app was removed but it will not remove the application.

- WARNING: Create a database backup before making any database changes!
Use the KB-article #881 to find how to backup/restore Plesk databases.
- Log in to Plesk database and execute the following query:
mysql> \\u psa
mysql> select @a:=(select id from domains where name='<domain name where application was installed>');
mysql> DELETE apsResources, apsResourcesParameters
INNER JOIN apsResourcesParameters
WHERE apsResources.pleskId = @a
