The article says: "If this limit is set to a small value, notification will be sent despite the fact actual limits are not exceeded."

But it doesn't define this "small" in any way.

The "notification" value is specified in the service plan or subscription.  Click on the two images in this article for details.

But I receive messages like these:

The '*******' subscription, owned by user '***** ********', is approaching or already exceeded the resource usage limits:

    Traffic: 50 GB/month Limit / 464.1 MB/month (1%) Used / 50735.9 MB/month (99%) Remaining

As far as I know, 464.1 MB is far less than 50G

Notification is set to 48GB, plan is in sync
