Resource usage notifications

Symptoms

  1. Accounts with unlimited resources getting e-mail notification like this on:

"The 'domain.tld' subscription, owned by user 'Customer Name', is approaching or already exceeded the resource usage limits:
    Disk Space: 15 GB limit / 2902 MB (19%) used / 12458 MB (81%) remaining"

Why I'm getting this notifications ?

  2. After adding an add-on service plan to the subscription value Notify when disk space usage reaches has not changed.

Cause

Value Notify when disk space usage reaches is specified for service plan as a constant.

Resolution

  1. In order to change this behavior increase or delete value for Notify when disk space usage reaches

    For Service Plan:

Go to Plesk > Service Plans > Click on needed Service Plan > open Resources tab.

    For locked subscription:

Go to Plesk > Subscriptions > Click on needed Subscription > Customize > open Resources tab.
  2. Since Plesk 12 you can specify value for Notify when disk space usage reaches in percentage.
Set notification value in percentage for Service Plan or Locked subscription in the same way as it is described in previous point.
