Symptoms

Migration of protected directory from Confixx fails if directory name contains space

Failed to perform an action on subscription 'plesk.tld': An error occurred, when restoring hosting settings:
Execution of /opt/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/protdir.php --create /cwc/files/qwe/betta/Test\\ Alpha -domain plesk.tld -type nonssl -title QWER\\ SecretZ -ignore-phosting-settings -ignore-nonexistent-options failed with return code 1.
Stderr is
Wrong syntax for command's '-create' parameter. [[protected_directory_invalid_name]]

Cause

This is Plesk internal issue with ID #PMT-2826 , which was fixed in Plesk Migrator version 1.12.(Plesk 12.5.30 MU#39) https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/12.5/change-log/ .

Resolution

Install the latest MU.
