Resolution

If licence is Plesk Web Pro Edition:

  1. Create dump of psa database:

    MYSQL_PWD=`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` mysqldump -u admin psa > psa`date +%F_%H.%M`.sql
  2. Log in to Plesk database

    # plesk db
  3. Find entries in psa.clients table which have values for parent_id , vendor_id other than 1 :

    mysql> select id, parent_id, vendor_id from clients where type='client' and vendor_id <> 1 and parent_id <> 1;
    +----+-----------+-----------+
    | id | parent_id | vendor_id |
    +----+-----------+-----------+
    | 4 | 3 | 3 |
    +----+-----------+-----------+
  4. The values parent_id , vendor_id with Plesk Web Pro Edition should be equal to 1 , which is for admin account.

    Update them as follows:

    mysql> update clients set parent_id = 1, vendor_id = 1 where id = 4;

If licence is Plesk Web Host Edition:

No need to change database entries manually. Just change customer1's provider to a reseller and press OK .
