Cause

Mail server outbound IP address is blacklisted. Option Verify Incoming Mail is checked in Mail Server Settings.

Resolution

  1. Make sure that none of the IP addresses that used by MailEnable:
Mail Enable Administrator > Mail Enable Management > Servers > Services and connectors > SMTP > Propierties > Outbound > Outbound IP Binding

is blacklisted at :

Plesk > Tools and Settings > Mail Server Setting > Black List

  1. Go to Plesk > Tools and Settings > Mail Server Setting and make sure that option ' Verify incoming mail ' is unchecked.

  2. Ensure that your server outbound IP is not blacklisted in DNS blacklist services. To do so, you can visit http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

  3. If the blacklist test on the previous step was positive. Uncheck ' Enable DNS Blacklisting ' in Mailenable Adminstrator Panel > Servers > Localhost > SMTP > Properties > DNS Blacklisting.
