How to remove domain DNS record?

Answer

In order to delete a DNS records, go to Plesk > Domains > example.com > DNS settings , choose required DNS record and click Remove .

To delete a record in CLI, use the following command on Windows:

"%plesk_cli%"\dns.exe -d example.com -ns ns2.example.com. -nameserver ns2.example.com.
SUCCESS: Removal of DNS record in Domain 'example.com' complete.


Or the following one for Linux:

# plesk bin dns -d example.com -ns ns2.example.com. -nameserver ns2.example.com.

SUCCESS: Removal of DNS record in Domain 'example.com' complete.
