Web statistics are not calculated automatically. However, when running
web_statistics_executor.exe utility manually using one of the following commands, web statistics are calculated correctly and are displayed in a browser in Domains > example.com > Web Statistics :
C:\> "%plesk_bin%"\statistics.exe --generate-domain-webstat --domain-name=example.com
C:\> "%plesk_dir%"\admin\bin\web_statistics_executor.exe --calculate-domain --webspace-name=example.com --domain-name=example.com
Web statistics are calculated by a Daily web statistics analyzers run task scheduled task that is missing or disabled.
- Connect to the server via RDP.
- Go to Task Scheduler > Task Scheduler Library and check that Plesk Scheduler Task - "Daily web statistics analyzers run task" exists:
If it is disabled, enable it. Right-click on the task and press Enable:
If it does not exist, run the following command in Command line to create the task:
C:\> "%plesk_bin%\crontabmng.exe" create-web-stat-executor-task
Webstat data is generated in the following way in Plesk for Windows:

statistics.exe --calculate-oneutility. Plesk parses all statistic data and processes IIS logs in order to prepare it for web-statistics engine (Webalizer or AWstats). As a result, statistics data gets written to
On the second step, Daily Web Statistics Analyzers Run Task triggers
web_statistics_executor.exeutility that processes all
web***.logfiles, prepared on the first step. As a result, Webstat tool (AWstats or Webalizer) shows webstat data in a browser.
