Error 'Unknown or Disabled User!' when attempting to authenticate via MailEnable web mail

    I made a user  and test I login well to the webmail. That is not the error. The issues is that users have is that contacts and the folder with the sent items disappeared

    Could you, please, give a bit more information about the issue?
    Have they disappeared after a migration or any other actions?

    Such behavior is not typical.
