Website is showing the following error:
503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
At the same time the following errors can be found in

The following errors can be found on the website

The website is using PHP-FPM handler.
PHP-FPM service is stopped.
Log into Plesk
Navigate to Tools & Settings > Services Management .
Start PHP-FPM service, the example for PHP 7.0:
Connect to the server via SSH
Check what version of PHP is used by domain at Domains > example.com > PHP Settings
Start PHP-FPM service, the example for PHP 5.6:
# service plesk-php56-fpm start
