Migration of a remote database fails with one of the following error messages:
PLESK_ERROR: Unable to create database: Try to establish connection failed
Unable to create database user 'db-remote' in subscription 'exmple.com': Command LANG=en_US.UTF-8 ALLOW_WEAK_PASSWORDS=1 PLESK_RESTORE_MODE=1 PSA_PASSWORD=***hidden*** database --create-dbuser jdoe -passwd ***hidden*** -domain example.com -database db-remote -type mssql -server 203.0.113.2 -ignore-nonexistent-options failed with exit code 4:
Plesk restore report problem:
Failed deployment of database remote-mssql (domain remote-mssql.tld)
stdout: Unable to copy database 'db-remote' to database 'db-remote''
A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)
The network path was not found
PLESK_ERROR: MSSQL database 'remote-mssql' does not exist on target. Its content will not be copied.
Resolve the issue with database creation or create database on target panel. Then run migration for the failed subscription once more.
The remote MS SQL server attached to a destination server is marked as connected at Plesk > Tools & Settings > Database Servers.
The RPC agent is not running on the remote database server.
Download the RPC agent to the remote MS SQL server that is attached to the target (destination) server.
Launch the RPC agent.
Re-sync failed subscriptions by selecting all content.
