- Plesk 12.5 for Windows
When trying to log into Plesk Mobile app under a subscription user, the following error is shown:
"An internal error has occurred. Please contact our support reps"
Plesk Mobile can be accessed only by the following Plesk users:
- Plesk Administrator (additional administrators as well)
No subscriber can get access with his/her credentials.
Plesk Mobile additionally gives Plesk administrators and their customers mobile access to management of their domains.
