Patchman button is not showing for newly created subscription.

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 12.5 for Linux

Symptoms

  1. Patchman button is not showing for newly created subscription on Websites&Domains page if customer who owns this subscription belongs to Plesk administrator.

  2. Subscriptions created under reseller have Patchman button on Websites&Domains page

Cause

There is no custom button for Patchman extension configured on Plesk administrator level.

Resolution

  1. Log into Plesk as admin user.
  2. Go to Home > Tools & Settings > Custom Buttons
  3. Create custom button for Patchman extenstion in accordance with Adding and Removing Custom Buttons article from Plesk Documentation and Help Portal and make sure that Show to me only option is disabled.
