While trying to take a backup, the following error appears:
2013-07-10 01:27:33: (mod_fastcgi.c.2582) FastCGI-stderr: PHP Warning: file_put_contents() [<a href='function.file-put-contents'>function.file-put-contents</a>]: Only 0 of 36 bytes written, possibly out of free disk space
all children busy, launch additional (total 16, limit 30)
It is not possible to copy the backup file from the FTP repository to the server repository using the "Copy to Server Repository" button. It fails with the error " Error: FTP network error. "
Make sure that there is enough free space on the disk that is used for the "
" directory. There should be enough free space to store the backup file.
By default, Plesk uses this directory as a place of temporary storage for copying backup files.
Starting from Plesk 9.5 it is possible to change the location of the temporary storage. Refer to Administrator's Guide, Plesk 12.0 .:
- Open the file
- Locate the variable
and replace the
value with the path to the new location of the temporary directory.
- Make sure new path has full permissions granted.
Once it is done, restart Plesk and try to perform failed action ones again.
