Cause

IIS configuration redirection is set up with incorrect password in file C:\\Windows\\System32\\inetsrv\\config\\redirection.config

Resolution

  1. Check that configuration redirection is set up in file C:\\Windows\\System32\\inetsrv\\config\\redirection.config :

    <configurationRedirection enabled="true" path="C:\\Somefolder\\Config" userName="administrator" password="[enc:IISRsaProvider:jAAAAAECAA***********/G0dSQAHl89gS6HLF9J8mP+LE=:enc]" />
  2. Change this string to default one:

    <configurationRedirection />
