Different Mailbox quotas in Plesk and Mail Enable

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 11.5 for Windows

Symptoms

Mailboxes quota in MailEnable of domain is different from mailbox quota of domain in Plesk. How to set to proper value for all the mailboxes of the domain?

Mailbox is created using cli.

Cause

This issue has been considered as software issue #PPPM-2127 and will be fixed in future product updates. Please use provided ID to track maintanance in PPP release notes . Workaround

Use following command to update quota

"%plesk_bin%\\mail.exe" --update john@example.com -mbox_quota 20M
